The biennial “Dreamin’ MoNTUE” project was launched in 2015, actively calling for international submissions and supporting emerging creators through the professional resources and guidance of the museum.
The 5th edition of “Dreamin’ MoNTUE” marks its 10th anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, we refined and updated the project’s logo. The renewed identity adopts a new Latin typeface while maintaining proportions similar to the original logo, resulting in a more contemporary and assertive form. Paired with a newly customized Chinese logotype, the visual harmony between Chinese and English is further strengthened.
In addition, we developed the key visual for the 5th edition. Centered on the concept of a “dream-catching creature,” the character 「夢」 (dream) is deconstructed and reconstructed through negative space into an organic, biomorphic form—transforming imagination into a tangible presence.
