ANOTOKI is a brand created by a close group of pastry chefs and baristas. Inspired by the changing seasons, ANOTOKI releases limited-edition desserts and coffee gift sets throughout the year. The name ANOTOKI comes from the Japanese phrase meaning “that moment,” expressing the brand’s wish to share moments of happiness through each creation.
Across the four seasons, anotoki represents those moments we most want to share with close friends—the moment when life experience helps us understand what we truly want, the moment of quiet healing found in everyday life, and the moment when we pause to feel the beauty of living.
