fruit hotel taipei is a mobile curation and exhibition space located in Taipei’s Minsheng Community, operating between an art gallery, a design concept store, and an experimental project space.
Founded by curator Ann, it is driven by the concept of “irregular creative occurrences,” inviting artists, designers, and brands to participate in pop-up exhibitions or present curated selections within the space. Rather than maintaining a fixed format, the space continuously transforms according to each collaboration and theme.
Its practice emphasizes an awareness of art within everyday life and the value of curation in design objects. Works across disciplines—such as design, print, paper, fashion, and publishing—are presented together, encouraging new ways of seeing and interpreting them. Visitors are not simply consumers, but participants in a temporary exhibition experience.
